2020 Virtual Gritty 5k event Branding

Gritty is the mascot for the Philadelphia Flyers Ice Hockey team. Since 2019 the Flyers have put on a Gritty 5K Race that tends to include the mascot’s favorite things: hot dogs, donuts, and “wooder ice.” The 2020 event was a bit different — all participation was virtual. In collaboration with the Philadelphia Flyers and Flyers Charities team, I was to refresh the event materials, digital graphics, and the medal for the 2020 Virtual Gritty 5K that was executed all across North America.
